I still remember that day 10 years ago when I went up to the lady working the counter to ask for some extra hot sauces. Her hand was physically in the drawer grabbing hot sauces for another customer. She looked me in the eyes, closed the drawer, and said "Just wait a couple minutes." I was young, shy, confused and shocked, otherwise I would have said something. I ended up waiting almost 5 minutes before my friend convinced me to leave. I'll never forget that day. I also haven't since, nor will I ever again, eaten at this KFC/Taco Bell.
